Job Description:

Account Co-ordinator – Gi Group
Salary: £13.50 p/h
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: On-site, Southampton

This role is focused on candidate coordination, compliance, administration, and maintaining a high standard of service for both client stakeholders and temporary workers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager with day-to-day account activity

• Handle incoming calls and candidate queries

• Complete CV searches and shortlist applications

• Keep candidates updated throughout the process

• Arrange interviews and coordinate online testing

• Conduct pre-interviews to assess suitability

• Complete Right to Work (RTW) checks for all candidates

• Attend onsite registrations at client location when required

• Build relationships with stakeholders and temporary staff

• Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain accurate applicant records in line with Gi Group procedures

Skills and experience

• Strong team-working skills and ability to use own initiative

• Excellent time management, planning, and scheduling

• Confident working under pressure with tight deadlines

• High attention to detail and strong administration capability

• Clear communication skills (written and spoken)

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve issues quickly

• Highly organised, flexible, and dependable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
