Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Pay Rise Scheme + Uncapped Multi-Tier Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Engagement: Identify corporate opportunities, research business decision-makers, and initiate contact over the telephone.
• Consultative Relationship Building: Hold engaging, professional conversations with prospective business clients to uncover operational requirements.
• Appointment Setting & Qualification: Qualify potential leads and schedule high-value commercial appointments for senior specialists.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client details, track lead stages, and update operational data within the CRM system.
