Working in a supportive and close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for writing persuasive responses for competitive tenders, proposals and presentations. Working closely with other teams within the business (Sales, Legal, Finance, Subject Matter Experts) you’ll create accurate and compelling content to convince clients we’re the right partner for them.

So, what will you be doing?

• Writing persuasive tender responses, proposals and presentations in response to live business sales opportunities (renewals and new business)

• Producing visually impactful proposals through creating branded imagery and graphics

• Proofreading and quality-checking documents

• Creating client case studies and ‘sales enablement’ documents to support business development activities

• Supporting and contributing to content management processes

Project management

• Supporting and managing multiple bids and projects simultaneously

• Coordinating, supporting and managing internal stakeholder meetings

• Managing deadlines and coordinating contributions from stakeholders

• Ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time, including managing client procurement portals

Stakeholder engagement

• Gathering information through interviewing teams and stakeholders across the business (Sales, Legal, Finance, Subject Matter Experts)

• Building strong internal relationships at all levels

Developing commercial knowledge

• Learning how clients buy and what drives decision-making

• Understanding the sales process and client drivers

• Becoming a key part of a specialist team that acts as a ‘knowledge hub’ for the business

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Passion for learning and self-development

• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills

• Experience with web-based content platforms desirable but not essential

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage competing priorities

• Recruitment or STEM industry experience desirable but not essential

• Curious mindset with an interest in business and learning about the recruitment industry

• Self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude
