Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works across a range of water and wastewater treatment sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical teams, coordinating day-to-day site activities and ensuring all electrical installation, maintenance and commissioning works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating electrical teams and subcontractors on site.

• Overseeing electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning activities.

• Planning and allocating daily workloads to ensure project deadlines are achieved.

• Ensuring all electrical works are carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.

• Conducting site inspections and monitoring the quality of electrical installations.

• Managing site health and safety, including risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work procedures.

• Coordinating materials, labour and equipment requirements.

• Liaising with project managers, engineers, clients and other site teams.

• Monitoring progress against project programmes and reporting on any issues or delays.

• Supporting fault finding and resolving technical issues where required.

• Ensuring all site documentation, inspection records and test certificates are completed accurately.
