About Darwin — Who Will You Support?
At Darwin, you’ll support one person who values routine, clarity and conversation. They feel most at ease when they know what’s happening next and when they’re supported by someone calm and reassuring.

• Spending time at home with a calm and kind person

Some people may need extra time to understand directions, so patience and clear communication are key.
The Support They Need
The people you support may have:

• Sight loss
• Autism
• Moderate learning disabilities
• Cerebral palsy
• Epilepsy
• Behaviours that may challenge

You’ll feel confident following clear plans and processes, offering reassurance, and guiding people through their day. Full training and ongoing support are always provided.
