What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Acting as a key finance link for operational contracts, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to influence decision-making
• Developing strong relationships with operational managers and site teams, combining commercial acumen with a practical understanding of the business needs
• Leading financial reporting processes including management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy to support business performance
• Managing working capital, balance sheet reconciliations, and co-ordinating internal controls to mitigate financial risks
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by analysing financial data and driving operational efficiencies

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Hold a professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA)
• Demonstrate proven experience in business partnering within the construction industry or related sectors
• Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Have a proactive attitude with the ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver clear insights
• Show leadership qualities, including coaching and developing team members in a fast-paced environment
