We are looking for skilled Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a modern packaging and logistics facility based in Segensworth on a permanent night shift rotation.

Pay and Role Details

• Hourly rate: £13.32 per hour

• Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights only, 18:00 to 06:00)

• Paid induction: Dedicated initial training to familiarise you with site layouts, stock locations, and safety procedures.

Your Daily Work

• Operating Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently during night operations.

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, transferring raw materials, and moving finished packaging.

• Stacking pallets, managing racking locations, and conducting routine truck safety checks.

• Supporting the wider team to maintain a smooth, organised flow of goods overnight.

What You Need

• A valid, in date Counterbalance Forklift certificate (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).

• Confidence operating in busy warehouse and production environments on night shifts.

• Strong reliability and commitment to working fixed nights.
