Functional Assessor 
Location: Fareham 
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - Performance based)
Nurses | OTs | Physios | Paramedics | Pharmacists
Full Time  - Hybrid - Mon-Fri, 9-5
Part time options available -3/4 days

The Role:

• Assess claimant needs via phone & face-to-face doing personal independent payment assessments (PIP) - looking at their daily living and mobility or assess claimant needs doing Work Capability Assessments (WCA) for people claiming universal credit or employment support allowance - looking at day to day tasks, functional ability and ability to work.
• Review medical evidence & write detailed DWP reports
• Use your critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills
• Quality-focused, not target-driven
• 12 weeks paid training provided

Requirements:

• RN, OT, Physio, Paramedic, or Pharmacist
• 1+ year post-registration (adult setting)
• NMC/HCPC/GPHC registered
• Strong communication & report-writing skills
• No sponsorship available
