£45,000–£48,000 Starting Salary + Bonus

Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm | No Nights, Weekends or Bank Holidays

Salary & Progression

PIP

• Starting Salary: £45,000
• After 12 months: £47,000

WCA

• Starting Salary: £48,000
• After 12 months: £49,000

Bonus & Benefits

• 5% one-off approval bonus
• Up to 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)

The Role
You'll carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, discuss how conditions impact daily living and work, and produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.
This is an assessment and report-writing role only – you will not make benefit decisions.

Requirements

• Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• Occupational Therapists
• Physiotherapists
• Paramedics
• Pharmacists

You must have:

• 1+ year post-registration clinical experience (adult setting)
• 12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
• Good communication, report-writing and IT skills
