Job Description:

A large and well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality HR service across a busy multi-site environment.Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will manage a small HR team and partner closely with managers to provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, policy implementation, and organisational change.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an HR Business Partner and HR Administrator.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management.
• Support managers with complex HR matters and investigations.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently.
• Contribute to workforce planning, job evaluation and salary management processes.
• Produce and analyse HR data, reports and workforce metrics.
• Build effective relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote best practice across employee wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion.

About You

• Proven experience in a senior HR generalist or HR Manager role.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring HR team members.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Comfortable using HR systems and producing workforce reports.
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) preferred.
