The Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing telecoms sales team.

This is an office-based role focused on identifying potential business customers, engaging decision-makers and generating high-quality sales opportunities for our Business Development Managers.

You will be a key part of the sales process, responsible for opening conversations, qualifying prospects and booking appointments that turn into new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
• Identify and speak with key decision-makers, including business owners and directors.
• Generate new sales leads and opportunities.
• Qualify prospects based on their telecoms requirements.
• Book high-quality appointments for the Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospects via telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets.
• Develop a strong understanding of the telecoms products and services being offered.
• Build rapport quickly and create genuine interest in the company's solutions.
• Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure successful lead handovers.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, energetic and comfortable speaking to people on the phone.

Previous experience in telecoms, B2B sales, telesales, appointment setting or lead generation would be advantageous, but attitude and personality are equally important.

You'll need to be:

• Confident and professional on the telephone.
• Target-driven and motivated by results.
• Resilient and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Able to handle objections positively.
• A strong communicator with good listening skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple prospects.
• Competitive, ambitious and hungry to succeed.
• Comfortable working in a busy, office-based sales environment.
