Career Progression – International Opportunities

One of the standout benefits of joining this company is the opportunity for future career progression.

While this is initially a fully workshop-based MIG welding position, there are opportunities for the successful candidate to progress into the company's installation team in the future when opportunities arise.

This would involve travelling to customer sites around the world (If wanting to) to assist with the installation and commissioning of the company's specialist machinery.

Employees undertaking further international installation work can also benefit from additional bonuses of up to £800 per week while working overseas.

International travel is not a requirement of the initial welding position but provides an exciting potential career path for someone looking to develop their skills and responsibilities.
