Job Title: PCB Reworker
Location: Fareham
Hourly Rate: £14-18 per hour

A leading manufacturing business in Fareham is looking for a PCB Reworker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working on high-quality electronic products within a clean and professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities for the PCB Reworker:

• Reworking and repairing PCB assemblies to IPC standards
• Removing and replacing electronic components using soldering techniques
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions on PCB assemblies
• Following engineering drawings, work instructions and rework processes
• Ensuring all reworked products meet quality and customer specifications

The ideal PCB Reworker will have

• Previous PCB rework experience - IPC Class 3
• Strong soldering skills and experience working with electronic components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment
