Contract Recruiter

£30,000-£36,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE - 40k-60K in year 1

You know how to run a contract desk. You don't need someone watching your call numbers or telling you how to recruit.

What you need is a business that gives you the market, tools and freedom to actually make money from it.

We're looking for experienced contract recruiters to join Highfield and build within some of the UK's biggest critical infrastructure markets, including Water, Nuclear and Highways.

You'll be building relationships, developing accounts, winning new business and growing a profitable contract book.

We're not looking for someone who wants to inherit a desk and coast. We want recruiters who like the commercial side of the job: finding opportunities, building relationships and seeing their contract book grow month after month.
