£35,000 to £40,000pa + Performance Bonus | 37.5 Hours | Full-Time, Permanent

You’ll lead the service, develop your team, drive high standards and ensure your clients receive outstanding, person-centred care.

We’re looking for:

• Experienced Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• Full UK driving licence
