Senior Building Surveyor – Cladding & Façade
Southampton, Hampshire
£65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

Are you a passionate Senior Building Surveyor looking to make a real impact? Join a forward-thinking consultancy near Romsey, specialising in managing cladding and remedial projects.

The company works with social housing providers, landlords, and private clients and is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to lead these vital projects.

What You'll Do:
You’ll manage cladding replacement projects from start to finish, acting as project manager and employer’s agent. Expect a collaborative, professional environment with long-term career growth.

What You Bring:

• MCIOB, MRICS, or on your way there.
• Solid project management experience.
• 4+ years in a consultancy delivering projects.

Strong technical writing, client-facing, and IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, and more).
