Job Title: Service Administrator 
Location: Southampton 
Salary: £28,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in service administration, maintenance or parts who is confident dealing with customers and working across different departments.
Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers by phone and email
• Booking and coordinating service work
• Liaising with engineers and internal departments
• Arranging parts required for service jobs
• Providing customers with updates and handling queries
• Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
• Raising and processing invoices
• Assisting with quotes and orders
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or parts
• Ensuring all service administration is completed accurately and on time

About YouThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in service administration, maintenance administration, service coordination or parts.
You will also have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with invoicing
• Experience using Kerridge would be beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A confident and professional approach
• The ability to work effectively across different departments
