Job Description:

Service Desk Analyst
Duration: 12 months expected
Location: 5 days a week in Hursley
Clearance: SC is required
Rate: £318 per day inside IR35 - Umbrella

• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or customer support environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user administration.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience using remote support tools.
