Solar Installs Sales Executive
Fareham
Basic salary (TBC depending on experience)
+ Commissioning, making the OTE £70K to £80K O
Required: Previous solar panel installs sales experience is essential.

This is a great opportunity for a Solar Sales Executive to join a modern, growing renewables business with very impressive facilities in Fareham.
This is not a hard sell environment, their approach is focused on understanding the customer, educating them on their options and providing genuinely bespoke solar solutions.

You’ll be joining a growing sales team where the majority of the role is spent meeting customers face to face, with around 75–80% of the sales activity taking place out in the field.

What the new Solar Sales Executive will be doing:

• Meet prospective customers face to face, understand their requirements and discuss their energy needs.
• Educate customers on solar PV, battery storage and the different solutions available to them.
• Carry out consultative sales appointments, providing honest advice rather than relying on a hard-sell approach.
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the full sales process.
• Recommend bespoke solar solutions based on the customer's property, requirements and budget.
• Work closely with the wider sales and installation teams to ensure customers receive a smooth experience from initial consultation through to installation.
• Follow up with customers, answer questions and manage opportunities through to completion.
• Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the high level of customer service the company is known for.
