We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Spares and Service Co ordinator to join a team based in Southampton. As a Spares and Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identifying and quoting required parts for customers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Processing customer orders and coordinating with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Professionally packing and labeling parts for shipment.
• Keeping customers informed about order status, delays, and shipping updates.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers via phone and email.
• Following up to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying stock shortages for reordering.

We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and customer-focused energy to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• High proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with MRP and/or ERP systems in a production environment.
• Reliable and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
