Whether you have previous care experience or are starting a new career, we would love to hear from you. We provide training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Your responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.

• Prepare meals and drinks and encourage good nutrition and hydration.

• Provide medication support in line with care plans, training and assessed competence.

• Assist with mobility and moving and handling, following individual care plans.

• Offer companionship, reassurance and emotional support.

• Help with light household tasks and everyday activities.

• Keep accurate care records and report changes in health or wellbeing.

• Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns promptly.

• Promote dignity, privacy, choice and independence at every visit.

What we are looking for

• A kind, patient and respectful approach.

• Reliability, good timekeeping and clear communication.

• A full driving license and access to a vehicle suitable for traveling between visits.

• Availability to work some weekends.

• The right to work in the UK.

• Willingness to complete training and competency assessments.

Previous care experience is welcome but is not essential. Appointment is subject to satisfactory recruitment checks, including references and an enhanced DBS check.
