Typical Shifts are: 7am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm

Our supported living service in Fareham are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and confident support professional to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong personality, be able to build positive relationships, and feel comfortable supporting individuals who may present with behaviours that challenge.
A background in mental health support is desirable, along with a proactive, enthusiastic, and person-centred approach to supporting adults aged 18 to 50. The role requires someone who is passionate about promoting independence, community engagement, and meaningful activities both within the home and in the wider community.
You will support individuals to access a variety of activities, including swimming, trips to the zoo, trampoline parks, and other community-based opportunities. You will also be responsible for organising and encouraging participation in in-house activities such as healthy eating sessions, games, bingo, karaoke, and quiz nights.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and be committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred support. The role involves supporting individuals who require moving and handling assistance and may include implementing higher-level safety intervention strategies where appropriate.
