Options Resourcing is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton team.
 
We're not looking for someone who simply wants a recruitment job.
 
We're looking for someone who wants to build a desk, win clients, develop candidates and make serious money.
If you have experience recruiting within M&E, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Trades & Labour or another technical sector, we'd love to hear from you.
 
�� What you'll be doing: You'll take ownership of your temporary recruitment desk, including:

• �� Winning new business and developing existing client relationships
• �� Recruiting skilled temporary workers across M&E & Construction
• �� Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• �� Managing your own candidate database and talent pools
• �� Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• �� Negotiating rates and maximising GP
• �� Growing your desk and becoming a specialist in your market
• ⚡ Working at pace in a competitive and rewarding environment
