Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Portsmouth

Lakeside North Harbour

Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

£26,500 - £27,500 plus uncapped commission

What you’ll do

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support from day one. You’ll learn how to:

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Create new business relationships 
• Source and attract top talent in your specialist market
• Understand market trends and opportunities
• Develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant

What you’ll get

• £26,500 - £27,500 starting salary
• Uncapped commission from day one
• Clear training, mentorship and career progression
• Year 1 OTE: £30k
• Year 2 OTE: £50k
• Year 3 OTE: £90k–£130k+
