A leading Regional Contractor based in the south coast is seeking an Administrator to join their business. This is an outstanding business with a fantastic reputation as one of the paramount prospering businesses in the construction industry This regional contractor traditionally specialises in a extensive variety of schemes across Hampshire & surrounding areas for private and public framework clients. The role of Administrator will be based out of Head Office Hampshire.

• Regularly monitoring and managing documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
• Monitor and manage team mailbox
• Consistently update trackers
• General ad-hoc administrative duties

• A Proactive and motivated attitude is essential
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft packages
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Attention to detail is imperative
