Corporate Administrator

Up to £30,000 + benefits 

We’re looking for a detail driven Senior Corporate Administrator to support a portfolio of workplace and group pension schemes. If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy problem solving and love keeping processes running smoothly, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day administration for workplace pension schemes
• Processing new members, leavers, retirements and contribution changes
• Supporting employers with payroll queries, pension contributions and salary sacrifice calculations
• Investigating discrepancies and ensuring data is accurate across systems
• Handling auto-enrolment tasks, statutory notices and scheme renewals
• Being a key contact for employers, payroll teams and pension providers
• Maintaining clear records, audit trails and compliant documentation

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in pension admin, payroll or financial services
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication and a professional approach
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
• Solid Excel and MS Office skills
