Job Description:

Project Site Agent/ Supervisor

Industry: Civil Engineering

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 40 hours per week, night shift working may be required on occasion ( paid at time and a third)

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Immediate start for a minimum of 6 months

Duties:

Maintain detailed daily site records and project diaries.
Record labour, plant, materials and productivity.
Support programme monitoring and reporting.
Assist with commercial administration and project controls.
Liaise between internal departments and contracting delivery teams.
Ensure compliance with quality plans, ITPs and approved procedures.
Support safety, environmental and quality management activities.
Assist with project handover and as-built documentation.

Experience:

Previous Site Agent/Supervisor Experience.
Experience of civil engineering, highways or bridge/structural projects is preferred however general construction site management experience may also be considered.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail.
Good commercial awareness.
Good temporary works awareness.
Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Practical understanding of construction delivery and site operations.

Salary: £19.23 per hour worked,
