Student Experience team member

Location: Southampton
Assignment: ASAP until 9 October 2026
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm - 5 days a week, must be flexible to work weekends
Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour

 

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Student Experience Team Member to join the team at Orion Point in Southampton.

 

This is a front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.

 

The role will involve a combination of resident interaction, front-of-house duties and IT administration, so excellent communication skills and confidence using IT systems are important.

 

There may also be a requirement to work across two nearby sites, which are approximately five minutes apart.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
  
  
• Act as a key point of contact for resident queries and requests.
  
  
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service.
  
  
• Support with general IT and administrative tasks.
  
  
• Assist the wider team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.
  
  
• Respond to queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues where appropriate.
  
  
• Maintain a welcoming, clean and professional front-of-house environment.
  
  
• Work flexibly across two nearby sites when required.
  
  
• Follow company procedures and ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
